Graduated from NAFA with a Diploma in Theatre Arts, Cheryl landed her first full-time performing gig with Universal Studios Singapore as a Show Host. She hosted for shows like Donkey Live! and Madagascar Boogie. After a year of refining her skills through the highly interactive performances in USS, she freelanced as a Theatre Performer and was actively involved in the Theatre for Young Audience industry.
Scouted by Millennium Entertainment Int. on a musical theatre showcase, Cheryl was offered a 1 year full-time contract in Macao as a Show Host for Thomas and The Little Big Club.
On one of her freelance adventures, Cheryl won The Smart Local's search for a new beauty and lifestyle host in their YouTube series in 2016. Cheryl's spontaneous and curious spirit spurs her to explore different forms of storytelling. Currently a self-taught in creating video production works, Cheryl believes her skills can only improve with time!
Over the years, Cheryl has gained a wealth of experience as a Theatre Performer, she also had the privilege of working with many directors and that has inspired her to start creating original shows that sparks conversations for the parent and child. Being 1/2 of their collective - Brocolily, formed during The Artground's 2019 Groundbreakers Program. As Brocolily evolved with time, they also created digital works with multiple talented artists!
